1. Eligibility & User Accounts

You must be at least 13 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use CoinZone. Each individual user is permitted to create and maintain only one account. Account sharing, account selling, or creating multiple accounts using different Google accounts is strictly prohibited.

2. Fair Play & Anti-Cheating Policy

To preserve integrity and fairness for all players, you agree NOT to:

• Use automated bots, scripts, autoclickers, or macros to simulate human gameplay.
• Run the application on modified devices, root cloak frameworks, or tampered environments intended to bypass security checks.
• Exploit vulnerabilities, game glitches, network packet modification, or server latency to manipulate scores or point balances.
• Attempt unauthorized access to backend Cloud Functions, APIs, or database endpoints.

Enforcement: Any violation will result in immediate termination of the offending account, blacklisting of device identifiers, and forfeiture of all accumulated or pending balances.

3. Virtual Points & Disbursements

• Points earned within CoinZone are promotional virtual tokens designed solely for user entertainment and loyalty rewards within the app.
• Points have no legal monetary value outside the specific withdrawal and disbursement channels made available inside the app.
• All withdrawal requests are subject to anti-fraud validation, temporal rate limits, and verification against payment gateway policies.
• We reserve the right to withhold, cancel, or re-verify any disbursement requests flagged for suspicious or fraudulent activity.

4. Service Modifications & Availability

We strive to provide uninterrupted service, but do not warrant that the application will be completely error-free or uninterrupted at all times. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue games, features, point conversion parameters, or quests at our discretion with reasonable notice.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

CoinZone is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, EDS Brains disclaims all warranties, express or implied. Under no circumstances shall EDS Brains be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.
